Dudovitz, Bonnie

Bonnie Dudovitz is a retired curriculum writer now pursuing her love of theater and writing. Her health-related curricula developed for youth and families were known nationally for their creative approach to changing health behavior through stories, comics, characters, plays, videos, and experiential activities. She wrote three plays about nutrition and smoking prevention for the National Theater for Children. Her short play, “Cleaning the Garage” was part of “Funny Shorts Live” produced by the Center for the Arts in Bonita Springs, Florida in 2018. “Fortune Cookies”, her short play about dementia, is currently being produced by The Remember Project in Minnesota. She has a B.A. in Theatre Studies from Yale University and an M.Ed. from the University of Minnesota.
